Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Exersox but if something is not quite right, we do returns.

    • Need a different size or colour? If stock is available, we’re happy to swap it over. Otherwise we can offer you a full refund minus shipping.

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • You will need to pay for your return shipping.

    • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept worn socks unless there is a clear fault or quality issue.

    • Just email us at support@exersox.com.au with your order number and request.

    • If your socks arrive damaged or faulty, we’ll sort out a full refund or replace.

    • We will pay for your return shipping.

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
